      (영종도=연합뉴스) 홍해인 기자 = 방역당국은 24일 해외에서 감염 사례가 잇따르는 원숭이두창의 국내 유입 방지를 위해 감시를 강화하겠다고 밝혔다. 중앙방역대책본부(방대본)는 이날 브리핑에서 "원숭이두창 발생 국가를 방문하고 온 여행객을 대상으로 입국 시 발열체크와 건강상태 질문서를 받고 있다"고 밝혔다. 방역 당국은 "원숭이두창은 코로나19와 달리 전파력이 높지 않다. 충분한 경계는 필요하지만, 과도한 불안감은 불필요하다"며 "우리나라는 일찍부터 진단체계를 구축했고 대응 수단을 갖추고 있다"고 설명했다. 사진은 이날 인천국제공항 제2여객터미널의 입국자 코로나19 검사 센터 모습. 2022.5.24 hihong@yna.co.kr (끝)
